Commercial Lines Products Now Available Through Michigan Millers’ New System

We’re excited to share that our commercial lines products are now available in Michigan through our new agency system, Navigator. This new system can be accessed on the Michigan Millers agent portal, AgentsOnline.
Beginning today, Navigator will support quoting and document viewing for policies issued on this new system. To walk through where to view documents in Navigator, click here. Existing commercial lines policies will continue to renew in the previous agency system for the time being.
With Navigator we are transforming the online experience for our agents, policyholders, and internal teams. This new system will bring enhanced functionality and ease of use and will allow Michigan Millers to better serve you. Our new system brings features that include ACORD application upload, increased data prefill via new integrations, upload of carrier loss runs, and a more robust First Notice of Loss reporting feature.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-factor authentication will be part of the log in process for our agency system. You will soon receive an email from “no-reply@mimillers.com” with instructions on how to register for multi-factor authentication. Please complete the registration process when you receive the email to maintain access to our system.
