Michigan Millers Insurance and Western National Insurance Group Announce Year-End 2025 Results
(Lansing, Mich.) Michigan Millers Insurance and Western National Insurance Group have announced full-year financial results through December 31, 2025. Significant comparative financial measures include:
- Total Assets grew from $2.7 billion to $3.2 billion, an increase of $485.7 million (17.8%) compared to 12/31/24.
- Direct Premium Written totaled $1.4 billion, with growth from continuing operations of 9.0% over 2024.
- Net Income After Tax totaled $154.9 million, compared to $96.8 million in 2024.
- Surplus increased from $1.1 billion to $1.3 billion, an increase of $183.8 million (16.6%) compared to 12/31/24.
These figures reflect the combined performance of all group companies, including Western National Mutual Insurance Company; its subsidiaries, American Freedom Insurance Company, Pioneer Specialty Insurance Company, Umialik Insurance Company, and Western National Assurance Company; and its affiliate, Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company.
