Please note: our Guest Pay option is for policies with a policy number that includes one letter and nine numbers (B050123400). If your policy has a policy number that includes ten numbers (5555555555) or an account number that includes an A and nine numbers (A000555555), you will need to access our new customer portal. Commercial – To make a payment on a commercial policy:
Enter your Account Number. The Account Number is found on your invoice under your name and address. To make a payment on only one policy of a multiple policy account, enter the Policy Number as shown on your policy or on a Notice of Cancellation. The Policy Number is on the Notice of Cancellation next to the Account Number under your name and address.
Examples of Account Number: CL0012345P or SW0123456A (2 letters, 7 numbers, and 1 letter) D&O Account Number S0123456 (1 letter, 7 numbers) Examples of Policy Number: B050123400 or W012345601 (1 letter followed by 9 numbers)
